We do laser on-site and we do love our 'wheels up program'. Not only does it give us a chance to meet our customers, it gives you a chance to see our lasers in operation and watch your designs come to life right in front of you.

We love to hear about special designs that are special to you and our design team will work with you to ensure that your design is perfect before it ever gets sent to the laser. We've designed hundreds of custom graphics for people just like you, and we believe we're pretty good at it.

Selling cookies and T-shirts gets old. We get it. We have worked with organizations to create products that people actually love to purchase and as a result both increase your fundraising numbers and put your logo in peoples hands. We generally do not allow returns on personally customized products. If your product does not meet your expectations, please email info@skypointcreative.org for assistance.
In stock orders typically ship in 3-5 business days depending on the quantity and product you select. In the event there are un-expected delays, we will reach out to you to ensure that this will not be problematic for your timeline.

Please allow for one to five business days for your product to arrive from the day it ships.
Shipping is calculated based on our actual charges plus a small shipping and handling fee that varies based by product box size and packaging requirements. Rates are calculated based on your location and by product weight. You will be notified of the shipping charges prior to checking out.
We know local customers sometimes want to save money and when possible, we're happy to accommodate this request. All customers utilizing the “local pickup” option as their method for shipping do so with the understanding that local pickup is scheduled by Etch-A-Cup.
Currently, we are not shipping internationally.
Our suppliers use only BPA-free and lead-free paint, inks, and powder coating materials on their products and subjects their paints, inks, and powder coatings to independent, third-party testing to verify they are free of BPA, lead, and other toxins.
Our commitment to you starts with the demands we place on our suppliers and their products. As a result we only partner with suppliers that put the quality of their products and the safety of their customers at the forefront of their innovation.
